Retail Vertical Rebuild & Multi-Market Brand Activation
Rebuilt and relaunched The Flower Shop’s merchandise division across NYC and Austin, restoring retail as a structured, revenue-generating vertical.
Established new fulfillment partnerships, rebuilt shipping and logistics systems, and implemented end-to-end e-commerce infrastructure to support scalable growth. Conceptualized and designed the full Winter 2026 collection, produced the integrated video campaign, and led creative direction, pricing architecture, vendor management, and synchronized cross-market rollout.
The initiative formalized merchandise as a repeatable brand system and recurring growth channel, reinforcing visual authority and aligning retail with the experiential identity of both flagship markets.
