Eddie Huang
named Head Chef of The Flower Shop NYC following the breakout success of our summer Gazebo pop-up initiative. Sustained guest demand, press velocity, and cultural traction supported formalizing the residency at the flagship.

I led the transition from limited engagement to permanent culinary program, aligning menu direction, brand narrative, media strategy, and launch execution under one cohesive rollout.
