About

On September 4, 2025, I produced Halfway There Affair at Little Ways NYC — an intimate, high-energy mixer celebrating the NYC running community at the symbolic midpoint of marathon season.

Designed as both a cultural gathering and an emotional milestone, the evening brought together a curated group of runners, creatives, and community leaders for a night that felt equal parts celebration and ritual: a pause in the long build toward November, honoring the discipline, obsession, and quiet transformation that happens in the middle.

The experience merged hospitality, storytelling, and sport through thoughtful programming, elevated ambience, and intentional guest curation. Rather than a traditional running event, Halfway There Affair framed endurance as lifestyle and identity — creating space for connection, reflection, and momentum.

A key element of the event was its integration of mission-aligned brand partners across performance, recovery, and downtown culture. Sponsors contributed both experiential value and tangible guest touchpoints through custom cocktails, on-site services, curated gift bags, and raffles.

Brand Partners:

As producer, I led the event end-to-end, including:

  • Concept development and narrative framing

  • Sponsor outreach, partnership integration, and deliverables

  • Guest list strategy and community programming

  • Venue experience design, flow, and atmosphere

  • On-site production and execution

The result was a night that felt deeply personal and culturally specific — a downtown affair for people chasing something big, together.

Halfway There Affair exemplified my approach to experiential work: building events at the intersection of community, aesthetics, and meaning, and turning moments into mythology. As producer, I led the event end-to-end, including:
