About
HALFWAY THERE AFFAIR
Little Ways NYC | September 4, 2025
I conceived and executive produced Halfway There Affair, a private gathering of influential members of the NYC Marathon community at the midpoint of marathon season.
The event marked a key moment in the training cycle and convened a highly curated audience of marathoners, founders, creatives, and cultural connectors within NYC’s running ecosystem.
I led strategic guest curation to drive alignment and long-term brand value.
Select partners across performance, recovery, and downtown culture were integrated through experiential touchpoints, reinforcing brand equity while maintaining a cohesive, elevated environment.
As Executive Producer, I owned the event end-to-end, including:
• Concept development and narrative positioning
• Sponsor strategy, outreach, negotiation, and partnership integration
• Guest list curation and community alignment
• Spatial design, atmosphere, and experiential direction
• Creative direction and design of all print assets (invitations, menus, signage, collateral)
• On-site production leadership and real-time execution
• Brand alignment across Little Ways and broader Eldridge Hospitality programming
Results
• Strong turnout from a curated NYC Marathon audience
• High organic UGC and engagement across running and downtown networks
• Sustained post-event buzz within the community
• Strengthened relationships with established cultural and performance brands
• Multiple guests converted into private event bookings at Little Ways in the months following
The event positioned Little Ways as a gathering space for culturally relevant communities and demonstrated how a well-curated room translates directly into brand equity and revenue.
Halfway There Affair reflects my experiential philosophy: convene the right people at the right cultural moment, and the impact compounds long after the night ends.
