About

From July through September 2025, The Flower Shop launched The Gazebo — a limited-time indoor pop-up designed as an immersive dining and cultural installation within the Eldridge Street flagship.

Conceived as a distinct environment inside the venue, The Gazebo transformed the space into a more intimate, transportive setting — blending hospitality, design, and programming into a seasonal experience that felt both elevated and unexpected.

A defining moment of the pop-up was the collaboration with Eddie Huang, who brought his culinary voice and cultural presence into the space through a special chef-led residency. The partnership positioned The Gazebo as more than a visual transformation: it became a platform for chef-driven storytelling, downtown energy, and destination dining.

The Gazebo pop-up reflected The Flower Shop’s approach to experiential hospitality — creating temporary worlds that merge atmosphere, creative direction, and cultural relevance.
